ANTECEDENTS, OUTCOMES, AND BOUNDARIES OF GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: A LITERATURE REVIEW

ABSTRACT Green human resource management (GHRM) is a crucial element of the globally trending topic green management. Although GHRM has received considerable research attention in recent years, confusion remains regarding its antecedents, social, and psychological processes through which influences employee behavior, potential outcomes to be derived from use. This paper aims disentangle summarize components that have been explored GHRM-performance relationship. To achieve these goals, we conduct systematic review based on preferred reporting items method then present series theoretical approaches stimulate new debates theory building subsequent use research. We also carefully explain information organizational employee-level factors motivate hinder display this visual framework. The implications for practice provide focused recommendations help managers understand how create favorable conditions enhancing sustainability performance. gaps identified should open way lines still need attention.
